The Grooming Endowment Trust (GET), in partnership with Kick-off Africa, has announced the launch of the third GETAccelerated programme, dedicated to nurturing innovation and driving economic growth.

Building upon the success of the previous two cohorts, which supported 20 startups with over N150 million in funding and resources, this year’s program aims to mentor and invest in 10 promising founders. Nigerian startups are invited to apply for the third cohort of the GETAccelerated programme. Applications are open now and will close on August 11, 2024.

The organizers explained that the GETAccelerated programme has proven to be a transformative force in the Nigerian startup ecosystem, empowering early-stage ventures to unlock their potential and contribute significantly to the nation’s economic landscape.

The GETAccelerated programme offers a comprehensive package of support, equity-free including financial backing, expert mentorship, and access to a robust network of industry leaders. This holistic approach has produced remarkable success stories, such as Smallchops.ng, which revolutionised the finger foods industry.Other notable alumni include ALARRT, My Food Angel, Agrodemy, and Regxta, each making significant strides in their respective sectors.

The programme will kick off with an intensive three-day boot camp, followed by a 12-week virtual accelerator, culminating in a Demo Day, where startups will showcase their achievements to potential investors and partners.

The Operations Manager at GET, Michael Adoghe, encouraged Nigerians to apply for the third cohort, emphasising the programme’s proven track record of success. He highlighted the achievements of previous participants as compelling evidence that GETAccelerated is the ideal platform for aspiring entrepreneurs.
