After successfully organising three major events that featured six mentors in diverse areas attracting over 300 participants from across the globe, Tech4ALL, a UK-based non-profit organisation founded by Mr. Omokhoa Uhakheme, a seasoned Product Manager, Customer Success leader and certified Scrum Master, is working on how to effectively utilise emerging technologies in expanding its geographical reach.

These events, held in December 2023, March and June this year, have provided participants from countries such as United Kingdom, Germany, Finland, United States, Nigeria and Canada with access to crucial tech skills, resources and mentorship, helping them prepare for their future in the industry.

In an interactive session via online, Omokhoa disclosed that Tech4ALL is conducting interviews with industry professionals, sharing their stories with the community to inspire and guide the next generation of tech leaders.

According to him, the organisation plans to introduce new learning opportunities in areas like AI, block chain and cyber security, ensuring its members stay ahead of the curve in the fast-paced tech world.

He stated that Tech4ALL intends to scale its operations by offering more boot-camps, workshops and mentoring sessions, ultimately reaching a broader audience and having a larger impact.

Tech4ALL is on a mission to guide individuals—including students and professionals—into the dynamic world of technology. By offering access to education, mentorship and industry insights, Tech4ALL helps participants gain the skills and confidence needed to thrive in today’s competitive tech sector.

“Tech4ALL aims to become a leading non-profit organization dedicated to helping individuals successfully transit into the tech industry. We empower our members by providing them with the essential knowledge, skills, and opportunities needed to excel in technology and related fields,” he said, adding that it is committed to achieving this vision through ‘seminars that provide valuable insights into tech trends and opportunities; training academies offering comprehensive educational resources and skill development programmes; intensive booth-camps that equip participants with practical, hands-on experience in tech-related fields; mentorship sessions connecting aspiring talents with experienced industry professionals to foster knowledge transfer and career growth.’

Over the years, Tech4ALL has partnered organisations such as the African Student Network to reach a wider audience, particularly students and through these collaborations, it is providing more individuals with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in the rapidly evolving tech landscape.
