Revolutionary comedian, Amb. Francis Agoda better known as I Go Dye is all set for his signature show tagged “I Go Dye Standing: More Than A Legend” which will be held on April 17, 2022 in Benin City, the Edo State capital.

The show is put together by Seaside Entertainment Company in collaboration with Ojeki Integrated Services. In his usual distinct way, I Go Dye categorizes his tickets from the usual Regular, Silver, Gold and Platinum to Diplomatic, Global, Official, ECOWAS as well as National Tables.

According to the humour merchant, the event is to bring people, especially his fans under one roof to enjoy quality jokes from his repertoire. I Go Dye also hinted that other top entertainers will be on the ground to add colour to the event. He also assured that all Covid-19 protocols will be strictly adhered to.

According to him, other partners include Maon Home Revamp Construction Company and Hip TV.

Agoda, who is also a businessman, philanthropist and social commentator, is no doubt one of the very few who have glamourized Stand-Up Comedy and made it a lucrative venture for the younger generation.

Born in Delta State, Nigeria, I Go Dye despite his humble beginning living with his grandmother, has since broken out of the shackles of poverty and travelled around the world delivering hilarious content to different races.

Despite the fact that he has graced the stage of all major comedy shows and concerts across the length and breadth of Nigeria and beyond, I Go Dye continuously sojourns on like a tyro even though he ventured into the arts over three decades ago.

He has since toured all parts of Africa and the globe with the berthing of his own show, I Go Dye Standing. Having held the event several times, plans have been concluded to host another edition, this time I Go Dye Standing: More than a Legend.”
