The National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Europe Chapter, has appointed Owen Idemudia as coordinator of Nigerian youths resident in Italy. Idemudia, a native of Ovia Southwest in Edo State, is a professional Italian-trained chef with a diploma in restaurant and hotel management and the Chief Executive Officer of ID Ventures. He assured of unity and integration among Nigerian youths in Italy.
 
“It is an honour to contribute to NYCN in Italy, I will bring the youths together and develop common ties among the Nigerian youths, promoting the enjoyment of fundamental human rights, social and economic well-being of Nigerians in Italy. He promised to enhance youth’s participation in the overall development process.

 “I have played a vital role in supporting youth’s empowerment both in the diaspora and Nigeria and I will not relent in making life easier for the youth in my territory,” he said.The Governor, NYCN, Europe Chapter, Collins Idahosa, congratulated the newly-appointed Italy coordinator and advised him to be effective.
