Eko Electricity Distribution Company (EKEDC) has launched the STS Meter Upgrade 2.0, marking a significant leap in Nigeria’s electricity distribution standards. Renowned for its consumer-focused approach, EKEDC’s latest upgrade is set to transform customer experiences by streamlining credit vending and enhancing billing management across the Eko Disco network.

This development reflects EKEDC’s commitment to delivering innovative, high-value solutions in line with the evolving needs of its customers and Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) guidelines.

The STS Meter Upgrade 2.0 introduces an advanced token system and increased data capacity, which collectively reduce recharge disruptions and enable smoother, more reliable electricity management. By integrating this upgrade, EKEDC aligns with NERC’s latest directives, bolstering its role as an industry leader in regulatory compliance.
