NABTEB trains 550 personnel for better service delivery

The National Business And Technical Examinations Board (NABTEB) said 550 of its personnel benefited from a workshop on staff productivity and efficiency in discharging duties.

The Acting Registrar/Chief Executive Officer of NABTEB, Dr. Nnasia Asanga, disclosed this to newsmen at the end of the five-day workshop with the theme, “NABTEB Staff Training Exercise: Learning for effective Service Delivery-Series One” held in Benin, Edo State.

Asanga promised to ensure the workshop is held quarterly to enhance staff development and efficiency in the board.

“During the weeklong programme, we have shared our perspectives, learned from each other’s experiences, and appreciated the roles of each department and its linkages in the actualisation of the goals congruence of the Board,” Asanga said.

Also speaking, Acting Head of Department, Administration in NABTEB, Mr. Henryy Johnson, urged the participants to see that they make the best of the training in their daily activities.

Johnson assured the participants that the registrar and the management are committed to staff welfare and professional development.
