Edo State Governor, Monday Okpebholo, has approved the nomination of five individuals to serve on the Edo State Audit Service Commission.
This was contained in a statement by the Secretary to the State Government, Umar Musa Ikhilor, Esq.
The statement revealed Mr. Odior John Osirenimhe as the proposed Chairman of the commission.
The other nominated members include Maimuna Momodu, Henry Oriabure Yakubu, Igiebor Terry, and Okojie Omoarelojie Ojie Philip.
The SSG added that the nominations will now be forwarded to the Edo State House of Assembly for consideration and confirmation.

The establishment of the Audit Service Commission is expected to enhance the transparency and efficiency of public expenditure in Edo State.
