Genesis Network targets digital skills for Nigeria’s economic growth

A Nigerian-owned hybrid platform, Genesis Network, is aiming to boost the country’s foreign exchange earnings and create jobs by supporting forex traders, digital influencers, and cross-border collaborations.

Founded by entrepreneur Winner Ogundipe, the platform operates with a three-pronged model — funding forex traders to scale operations for greater inflow of foreign currency, helping Nigerian influencers monetise more effectively, and driving revenue through strategic partnerships and global brand connections.

“Our mission is simple — help Nigerians earn more, and help Nigeria earn more,” Ogundipe said.

“We’re proving that with the right tools and access to funding, Nigerians can compete on a global scale and win.”

Since its launch, Genesis Network has facilitated funding for traders in international markets, increased influencer earnings through targeted campaigns, and created a digital space for collaboration between creatives, brands, and investors. The company says these efforts are contributing to individual incomes as well as Nigeria’s foreign exchange reserves.

Ogundipe said the platform is positioning itself as “a catalyst for economic transformation,” with a focus on enabling Nigerian talent to compete globally while strengthening the local economy.
