Alitheia Capital, an impact investment and gender-smart private equity firm, will convene more than 300 women-led businesses, investors, policymakers and development partners in Lagos this week to address capital and capability constraints affecting women-led enterprises in Nigeria.

The third edition of the firm’s flagship W.O.M.A.N. 2026 (Women in Manufacturing, Agribusiness and Nutrition) conference will be held from September 10 to 11, 2026, under the theme, ‘Scaling Women-Led Manufacturing, Agribusiness & Nutrition MSMEs: Providing Pathways to Capital, Energy, AI and Markets for Business Resilience.’

The two-day event is expected to bring together screened women-led businesses in manufacturing, agribusiness, food processing and nutrition, alongside donors, philanthropic foundations, development finance institutions, investors and technical specialists.

According to Alitheia Capital, the initiative is designed to move beyond discussions and create practical pathways for women-owned businesses to access finance, markets, technology and technical expertise.
