Testimony of the Lord’s Doing: How a sister was restored by divine mercy after being deceived out of Chosen

Sister Nonye Onyinyechi resides in Festac Town, Lagos. She became a member of The Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Ministries in 2003 and worships in Festac 1.

Testifying how she came to the church, our sister said she had many problemsincluding serious breast pain. This pain, according to her, made her to visit many churches, but all to no avail. She said that in one of the churches where she went, she was given a bottle of olive oil to drink several times, and the instruction was that she must finish the bottle and yet there was no solution.

When there was no solution, Sister Onyinyechisaid her younger brother instructed that she should goto The Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Ministries. She said she obeyed and when she came, the G.O mentioned her case, she stated that she was surprised that the breast pain disappeared, after his prayer. Praise the Lord!

As soon our sisterreceived her miracle, she disclosed that her eyes/ears opened and she could hearG.O’ssalvation message on:“do not paint your fingers, avoid wearing chains, earrings and rings among others.”

According to Sister Onyinyechi, this message was too hard for her to bear, so she stopped coming to the church, claiming that, after all,there are other churches out there. She also added that Bishop usually came to their house becauseher elder sisteris a reverend sister.

“So why would Chosen tell me not to do make up, I can no longer bear this,” Sister Onyinyechi said.

After she left Chosen, something happened.Somebody visited her shop and she gave the client a handbill, the person turned and asked her, “it is like you want to serve God.” She replied and said to the person “why did you say that?” The client said any time she came to her shop, she would give one handbill or the other, that if she wants to serve God, she should go to The Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Ministries.

As the client left her shop that day, Sister Onyinyechisaidshe began to think over it and that prompted her to come back to Chosen and ever since she has been with the church. Praise the Lord!
