Ronke Adeboye has assumed office as the Chief Operating Officer at Brixgate to lead across operations, growth, partnerships, people, customer experience and organisational execution as the company builds an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-first education and talent-development ecosystem for individuals, professionals and organisations.

Brixgate is building practical learning pathways for people entering technology, professionals looking to apply AI within their existing fields, and organisations seeking to upskill their workforce and improve business performance.

Ronke, 28, is building a career at the intersection of education, technology, growth and business transformation.

Before joining Brixgate in September 2026, Ronke spent several years at Utiva, progressing through growth and leadership roles to become Head of Growth.

Her work spanned revenue growth, business development, partnerships, sales strategy and team leadership, with over N200 million in personally closed revenue across B2C, B2B and talent-relocation services.

Today, her work at Brixgate focuses on a how people and organisations can remain competitive in an AI-driven world.

Beyond executive leadership, Ronke is a speaker, mentor, educator and advocate for young professionals, sharing practical insights around career growth, leadership, technology, sales and business.

Ronke believes the future of African business will require leaders who can combine people, technology, systems and commercial performance.

“I want my work to sit at the intersection of people, technology and business transformation. If we can help individuals become more capable and organisations become more effective, then we are building something that matters,” she said.

Ronke sees this chapter not as an arrival, but as the beginning of a much bigger journey, building from Africa, with global relevance.

She graduated with First Class Honours in Educational Management from Lead City University, earning a 4.72 CGPA and emerged as the Best Graduating Student in the Faculty of Arts and Education.

She is also TRCN-certified and currently pursuing an MBA at Miva Open University.
