Firm pledges to strengthen lending reach to small businesses, traders, individuals

Entourage Integrated Trust Limited

A Nigerian investment and microfinance firm, Entourage Integrated Trust Limited has pledged to strengthen its lending reach to small businesses, traders and individuals in underserved communities.

This pledge comes as the firm expands its operations to 33 states across Nigeria. The expansion represents a growth from the 29-state footprint previously reported about the financial institution, with the company entering additional markets as it seeks to bring formal credit closer to borrowers beyond major commercial centres.

Entourage provides a range of credit products tailored to different segments, including daily and weekly loans for traders and small business owners, SME financing, group lending and salary-backed loans for civil servants.

The company said its expansion was driven by the need to improve access to formal credit, particularly for entrepreneurs and businesses that may face difficulties securing financing through conventional channels.

He stated that earlier reports on the lender’s growth documented its operations in 29 states before the latest expansion into four additional states.
