For most of the last decade, the conversation in Nigeria’s brokerage community has revolved around visibility — more listings, more followers, more closings, and the legal know-how that follows transparent acquisitions.
The third edition of the Realtors Conference, Limitless 3.0, was hosted by Xymbolic Development Limited on Friday, September 18, 2026, at the Muson Centre, Onikan, Lagos. The conference brought together more than 200 registered Realtors, consultants, real estate enthusiasts, students and industry stakeholders for a day focused not merely on selling properties, but on building credible businesses, creating wealth, staying relevant and thinking beyond the next transaction.
Xymbolic Development Limited, one of Africa’s most innovative leaders in the real estate industry, operating under the Under the leadership of Mr Olisa Umerah, the CEO of Xymbolic Development Limited – the company has continued to position itself around transparency, quality, innovation and the development of income-generating real estate assets and opportunities.
LIMITLESS 3.0 was not designed to be another industry gathering where professionals exchange business cards, listen to speeches and leave with photographs. It was designed to provoke thought.
To challenge the way Realtors see the business — and themselves.
This year’s theme, “Beyond The Norm,” was crafted to resonate with the competitive standards of the brokerage community, leveraging digital systems as a vehicle for strategic visibility, while ensuring real estate consultants are well-equipped and updated on the modus operandi of their local community as well as other sectors that concern their everyday operations, to prepare them for the global stage.
Series of activities quickly followed, including interactive panel sessions, networking sessions and lectures on Marketing – How Content Can Turn Strangers into Clients; Capital – How to Build Real Wealth as a Real Estate Consultant by Looking Beyond the Commission; and Compliance – Navigating Tax Compliance & A Realtor’s Guide to Legal Real Estate.
One of the speakers at the Limitless 3.0 conference – Salem King, a celebrated creator recognised as one of Africa’s leading voices in the creator economy, who has collaborated with top firms like Google, MTN, Spotify and META, delivered a captivating address on “The Trust Economy,” harnessing how strategic content and visibility can turn strangers into clients.
Also addressing the audience was Oluchukwu Chiadika, popularly known as Your Personal Finance Girl, a financial authority and fintech leader.
Her session focused on building real wealth as a real estate consultant by looking beyond the commission. Her message was direct:
“What happens after you get paid determines how you gradually grow wealth in life.”
The implication was equally important: selling real estate should not only create income; it should create the capacity to eventually own assets and build financial security.
As she put it: “You shouldn’t just sell properties, you deserve to own an income producing property too”
One of the most engaging moments of the conference was the panel discussion, which moved the conversation from theory to lived experience.
Our moderators, Chioma Olajide-Okpeku, popularly known as Spinachic, who is also the Lead Consultant at Spinachic Global Business Investment Ltd, Realtor Jane Godson and Emmanuel John of Paragone Signature Ltd, shared their personal experiences, industry insights and solutions during the candid Q&A session, demonstrating how they have been able to navigate the industry over the years while standing tall and ascertaining success irrespective of the hurdles and challenges that accompany the real estate ecosystem in Nigeria.
Hosted by TV and Media personality, Chika Okeke, the conference maintained an energetic atmosphere throughout the day.
Interactive quizzes, giveaways and audience participation added spark to an otherwise business-focused programme, with attendees who actively participated in the discussions taking home gift packs.
But beyond the stage, another important part of LIMITLESS 3.0 was happening in the room.
People were meeting, ideas were being exchanged, relationships were beginning and Realtors connected with fellow professionals, potential partners and industry leaders, including Xymbolic’s CEO, Mr Olisa Umerah.
For an industry built significantly on relationships, these informal conversations may prove just as valuable as the formal sessions.
Another key highlight of Limitless 3.0 was the presentation of incentives to the top-performing
realtors during the first half of 2026. Gift items, all-expense-paid trips and cash prizes were awarded to outstanding realtors. A major highlight of LIMITLESS 3.0 was the presentation of a car to the best-performing Realtor for H1 2026, Chiagozie Osonwa.
Beyond offering insights and learning, the conference provided ample networking opportunities. Attendees seized the chance to connect with peers, potential partners and influential leaders in the field, including CEO Olisa Umerah. These connections hold the promise of nurturing collaborations and shared achievements down the line.
As the event concluded, participants left with renewed purpose and a deeper understanding of the strategies necessary to navigate the evolving real estate landscape.
“Limitless 3.0” underscored the notion that while challenges are inevitable, an evolving and problem-solving approach can pave the way for innovative solutions and sustained growth.
In his closing remarks, Mr Olisa Umerah, CEO of Xymbolic Development, shared expansion plans for 2027 and urged realtors and stakeholders to implement insights and learnings from the event into growing their businesses for record-breaking wins in 2026 and beyond.
