The guests discovered the house’s portfolio through curated champagne tasting, with each cuvee paired with complementary culinary selections designed to highlight the distinctive character of each champagne while creating a memorable food and tasting experience.
From the gushing sparkling bubble that springs through the muselet cap of the cork, to the bright pouring into a fine glass, Champagne Lanson makes a craftsmanship statement that speaks heritage and distinctive elegance.
More than a repository of exceptional wines, these historic cellars preserve centuries of craftsmanship and the legacy of generations of men and women dedicated to the art of Champagne-making.

Each edition is carefully crafted to express the unique character of its harvest through a blend that combines creativity and precision. The number assigned to each creation edition represents the number of harvests since the House was founded in 1760.
. Le Rose Creation: Under the expertise of Cellar Master Herve Dantan, Le Rose Creation offers a distinctive interpretation of Rose Champagne. Beneath its delicate salmon-pink hue lies a rich aromatic expression of red and citrus fruits. Elegant, fresh and fruity, it captures the distinctive character of the Lanson style.
. Le White Label Sec: Harmonious and delicate, Le White Label Sec reveals a smooth personality and creamy texture. Its subtle balance of sweetness and freshness makes it an inviting expression of Champagne, offering a distinctive experience for those who appreciate a softer, more rounded style.
. Le Blanc de Blancs: Crafted from carefully selected Crus from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims, Le Blanc de Blancs is an elegant expression of finesse and precision. Selected by Cellar Master Herve Dantan following his appointment in 2013, this cuvee brings together delicacy and refinement, complemented by a fresh, mineral finish.

Le Black Creation (Brut) was paired with Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese along a Mini Cheeseburger; Le Rose Creation was paired Chicken Suya and Sweet Chilli Prawns; Le Blanc de Blancs was paired with Shrimp Cocktail and Chicken Quinoa Salad; Le White Label Sec was paired with Blue Cheese and Petit Cake/Tart.
