A firm, Kodakhotshots Photography has trained some youths on photography skills.
Chief Executive Officer, Kodakhotshots Photography, Mathew Okwori, at the training, said the move was to discover young talents and nurture them to greatness.

According to him: “It is also to help these young artists, fulfil their passion and dreams. l want them to be self-reliant through art and for them to imbibe the spirit of entrepreneurship, which makes them job creators.

“With my over 20 years in the business, my aim is also to equip more youths in the country with the right skills to thrive in the creative industry. We teach them the business angles and negotiations to remain in business and also assist them to different levels. We need to embrace creativity. There is a future in photography, despite the challenges.”

The youths were trained in comprehensive photography, movie production, digital cinematography and production management, among others.
