Recognising excellence in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning, the Nigeria Technology Awards (NITA) 2024, has honoured Godfrey Inyama with the prestigious Tech Machine Learning Personality of the Year award.

The award ceremony, held in Lagos, celebrated the most outstanding innovators and industry leaders shaping the future of technology in Nigeria.

Inyama, a renowned expert in machine learning and artificial intelligence, has consistently demonstrated groundbreaking contributions to the advancement of AI-driven solutions on a Global stage, particularly with his recent communicative intent recognition model being integrated into Spark NLP, a leading open-source AI library, and also being used in Miranda AI. His work in developing cutting-edge machine learning models, fostering AI research, and mentoring emerging tech talents has positioned him as a trailblazer in the Nigerian tech ecosystem.
