Malta Guinness refreshes taste at Ibom Festival

Africa’s number one premium malt drink, Malta Guinness was at the Taste of Ibom Festival to refresh attendees and fun-seekers. The just concluded festival saw Malta Guinness bringing wholesome nourishment, fun and colour to the guests all in one package.

The event which held at Tropicana Mall, Udo Udoma Avenue in Uyo, was fully endorsed by the Akwa Ibom State’s Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Thousands of food lovers and fun seekers were present to enjoy the finest Akwa Ibom dishes while being refreshed with ice-cold bottles of Malta Guinness.

Key highlights of the event included the Malta Guinness puzzle games, the Maltavator Games and the signature Malta Guinness Mocktail Challenge, where contestants were given a chance to make their own Malta Guinness Mocktail from a variety of ingredients including Malta Guinness, Ice-cream and Yogurts. Participants won exciting prices including Malta Guinness goody bags while the winner of the Malta Mocktail Challenge went home with one-month supply of Malta Guinness.

Commenting on the wholesome experience, Brand Manager Non-Alcoholics Category, Guinness Nigeria, Ife Odedere explained that “the Taste of Ibom festival aligns perfectly with Malta Guinness’s brand purpose of being an enabler for holistic wellbeing and wholesome nourishment. The Taste of Ibom festival is a one-day food festival in the heart of Akwa Ibom, the festival aims to not just tell the story of Akwa Ibom food, but also the display the cultural beliefs, values and energy behind the state and its people.
