Nigerians urged to embrace entrepreneurship to survive meltdown
Nigerians, both youths and adults, have been advised to key into entrepreneurship as it is the answer to the prevailing economic meltdown.
Speaking during the Entrepreneurs Conference and Business Seminar held at the Redemption Camp, Ogun State, the Convener, Dr. Stanley Chukwu affirmed that entrepreneurship is the gateway to success as well as an open door to satisfaction.
He said the first steps towards succeeding in entrepreneurship are studying the lives of successful businessmen and women, developing the ability to think and the readiness to leverage the words of Aliko Dangote – ‘if you see anything that can solve a problem, make it your business’.
Chukwu noted that many business opportunities abound for people to tap into to create wealth. He said the days of searching for white-collar jobs on graduation had gone.
“It is needless being a victim of Myles Monroe’s claim that the graveyard is the richest place on earth where destinies of millionaires, presidents, kings among others are buried without fulfillment,” he said.
