Recent study has shown that tech remote jobs pay more than onsite jobs.

The latest study about global tech careers, the Global Tech Talent Trends, 2022 edition, by Landing.Jobs, explained that the study counted more than 6,000 answers globally on the survey, which goes deep into topics such as salary, remote work, relocation, most coveted work-from-home countries, career drivers, job perks, and programming languages and frameworks.

The report, which stated that the world had become almost borderless when it comes to looking for new tech jobs, said the tech industry has also drastically changed and become global.

Giving some highlights of the report, it stated that the top career drivers are salary, benefits and work-life balance, while the most sought perks are health benefits and yearly bonus.

As for salary, it stated that tech management roles earn, on average, 1.4x more than developers, and full office jobs are the most poorly paid (1.9x less than full remote jobs).

Also, 51.2 per cent of women had a salary raise in the last year, against 62.6 per cent of men, showing some unchanging disparity.

Landing.jobs presented the results in an all-exclusive and 100 per cent virtual launch event last month.
