Vista Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Mrs. Adeola Oluokun Adewale as Chief Executive Officer of Landvest Intercontinental Properties Ltd, its land development and investment subsidiary.
The appointment follows the inauguration of Vista Holdings’ new Board of Directors on July 15, 2025, and the consolidation of nine subsidiaries into a single corporate structure. The group said the restructuring is aimed at strengthening its operational synergy and accelerating long-term growth.
Mrs. Adewale, a professional with experience in land administration, urban development and investor relations, will lead Landvest’s portfolio in large-scale land acquisitions, infrastructure planning and investment projects across Nigeria and Africa.
Group CEO of Vista Holdings, Dr. Tony Kolawole Aspire, said the appointment aligns with the company’s strategic focus on land development as a key growth driver. “Her track record and strategic approach make her the right fit to advance Landvest’s mission,” he stated.
Mrs. Adewale described the role as an opportunity to shape land development into “forward-thinking solutions” that serve both the market and communities.
Vista Holdings, which operates across real estate, education, finance and cooperative services, said Landvest will play a central role in its plan to transform undeveloped land into sustainable communities and expand its regional footprint.
