Viewers across the world have been pouring in their commendations as the ‘Changing Lives, Changing Nations, Changing The World’ channel – Emmanuel TV – marked its 14 years of existence on Sunday, March 8, 2020.

Thousands of well-wishers took to online media to express their joy over the channel’s broadcast, describing also how their lives have been impacted positively.

“My life has not been the same since I started watching Emmanuel TV. Indeed, God is with us!” said Fridah Phiri. Anita Singh wrote: “Happy birthday Emmanuel TV! I have been watching since one year and have learned deep things of the Spirit and it has changed my life a lot! God bless Prophet T.B. Joshua.”

For Em Jay, “Indeed, Emmanuel TV changes lives, changes nations and the world for the better. I stand as a testimony to the Glory of God. God speaks and delivers his people through Emmanuel TV. We thank God for the grace of God upon my grandfather, Prophet T.B. Joshua.”

An elated Clara Kwilasa wrote: “Happy birthday Emmanuel TV! Ever since I started watching this channel on DSTV, my faith in God has been growing strong, through the preaching and testimonies I see. May the Lord bless you all. Thank you, Jesus.”

Samgwa Quintine also wrote: “Happy birthday! Thanks for feeding my soul on a daily basis with the word of truth. Many, many, more anniversaries to Emmanuel TV!”

Thanking viewers for “being part of this journey,” the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) reiterated: “Emmanuel TV is a television station with one way and one job. The way is Jesus Christ and the job is to talk about Him to others through words and deeds. As Prophet T.B. Joshua says, ‘Better is not good enough; the best is always yet to come!’”

It added that the channel “has a message for the entire world and the message is quite simple: ‘Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever.’ If people are to believe this, someone has to point the way and that is what Emmanuel TV is set to do.”

The channel had received a YouTube award in 2017 when it garnered over 100,000 subscribers. In a letter, YouTube Chief Executive Officer, Susan Wojcicki, said: “Each and every person who has subscribed to your channel was touched by what you did. They were inspired, or challenged, or entertained. You made it to this milestone with hard work, perseverance. What you’ve accomplished can’t be taken away from you. And we’d like to recognise you and all the hard work with this silver play button, a small token of our esteem and respect.”
