Speaking on the relaunch, Jermaine Okpe, a 26-year-old media personality, visual storyteller, and entertainment consultant, shared his vision. “We’re taking Jermaine Media to the next level,” he stated. “Our new logo is not just a design; it’s a symbol of our growth, our ambitions, and our commitment to innovation in the entertainment space.”
Since founding the company while still an undergraduate at Bowen University, Okpe has built a robust portfolio that includes covering high-profile events and producing viral content. One early breakthrough moment came in 2018 when a video he produced of Tiwa Savage’s performance at Wande Coal’s concert “garnered over 1 million views on social media.”
Jermaine Media has expanded into influencer marketing, content production, event coverage, and show promotions, with Okpe describing the brand as one that goes beyond the ordinary.
Okpe said: “We want every project to reflect excellence and creativity, whether we’re covering an event, working with influencers, or crafting a brand story.”
In 2023, he took another bold step, launching the BTS Reality Show podcast, a spin-off of his popular BTS Masterclass on Instagram. The show, featuring artists, influencers, and entrepreneurs, has brought on names like Diana Eneje, Yhemolee, and Shank Comics. As Season 3 approaches, Okpe promises “an amazing lineup,” noting that the show continues to push boundaries in exploring the stories behind creative minds. “It’s a platform where we can showcase what’s really going on in the industry,” he added.
