Val day
Come February 14, lovers seeking romantic getaway will have a field day at the Tatiana Hotel and Suites, on 205 Road, Festac Town.
Dubbed, Tatiana Valentine Couples Hangout, it would be a celebration of love in more acts than one.
According to the General Manager, Ogbonna Prince, the facility has taken time to plan this occasion for lovers who desire to hang out in a cozy and serene environment like FESTAC Town.
“There is going to be fun galore, spiced up with classical and contemporary music for the delight of the couples. Guests will be given unforgettable treat,” Ogbonna said.
While revealing that it is a yearly event, he added that Tatiana is a work of art and that has been one of the biggest fascinations of the facility.
The facility’s Entertainment Manager, Ehimihen Davies, noted that Act two of the Tatiana Valentines Day Hangout would comprise colourful decorations, fantastic photographers to give couples picture-perfect snaps in a lovely postures so that they can have that memories for keep, while the final Act is couples games to make the occasion fun filled.
The essence, he noted is to take couples off their comfort zones, and remind them of how they started their relationship.
“We noticed that sometimes, due to workload and family pressures, couples forget that they were once young, and in courtship. The show will reenact those memories; when they used to lick ice creams, hangout, and visit the beach together.
“It is Tatiana’s little way to ball room dance; cool and classic music, which is the kind of music they will be listening to make them have sense of memories; when they started their relationships,” Davies said.
He reiterated that the line up was such that each couple would have a rare privilege; from buffet dinner, photograph session, couple games, down to the lounge where they would be treated to old school music from the 60s to the 80s and not the shakushaku, kind of rhythms; to make them feel the musical blasts from the pasts, and to etch the memories in their heart for a long time.
