Prominent intellectual property Lawyer and Creative Entrepreneur, Bukola Fadipe, has announced the launch of a new Record Company dubbed, XPress Records.

Born Bukola Oladiran Fadipe Jnr, Bejay Fadipe has been enterprising since his childhood. Descending from a lineage of entrepreneurs from Osun State, Bukola always had a primordial eye for trade, innovation, creativity and a strong passion for intellectual property which he has pursued most of his life.

Over the last decade, Bukola has been an active player in the Nigerian Music/Entertainment industry where he has worked with most of the notable brands in some professional capacity. From selling the CDs of Falz’s first ever project (while they were in Olashore International School and Falz was his senior), to building a studio for creatives in his University and setting another one up in VGC, Lagos while in the Nigerian Law School.

Bukola went professional when he started working at the foremost Entertainment PR Firm in Nigeria; Buki HQ Media. As the Lead Publicist at BHQ Media, He handled big entertainment accounts like Burna Boy, Naomi Campbell, Linda Osifo, Tems, Chocolate City (CKay & BlaqBonez), Spaceship Collective (Nissi, BNXN, Bose Ogulu), Sarkodie, M.anifest, Ycee & Mavin Records (Johnny Drille) amongst many others. During this stint, he also worked with top producer brands like Sarz, Rocket Boyz (Leriq & Telz) and was also the Lead Publicist on Burna Boy’s Grammy Award Winning Album; Twice As Tall.

Bukola is also currently into Talent Management & Intellectual Property Law which he practises and has gained valuable experience negotiating record deals with top record companies in the world. He currently manages talents like Hit Record producers & Artistes; Yung Willis, XTreme, Topnotch Toby & Decominati (who interestingly are all ABUAD Alumni) as well as top influencer Caramel Plug and is an integral part of legendary Nigerian Artiste; Timaya’s, Management Team. He is also the co-founder of Creele Animation Studios along with Nissi Ogulu.

On what to expect from Record Company, Fadipe states that the World can expect a grand showcase of unorthodox creativity rooted in humanity’s illustrious culture and history. He states further that the first release from the Record Label will be launched later this September adding that the World should “Xpect the UnXpected with X Records!!”.
