Adewale Momoh is a Nigerian journalist with over 10 years of experience. An English Studies graduate of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, he reports for The Guardian Newspaper and previously reported for the Daily Independent, New Telegraph and Daily Times. He's deeply rooted in reporting the intricate worlds of politics, governance, policy analysis, crime, gender, and education, and he's appeared on a number of platforms. He has attended a series of workshops: Media and Gender Responsive Reporting of Elections (UN Women/INEC), Conflict Sensitive Reporting (IPC/EU), New Media in Election Reporting for Political Correspondents (IPC/EU), World Cyber Crime Conference (Fed. Min. of Information/EFCC), Dialogue on "Peaceful General Election in Nigeria" (UNDP), and UNICEF. He emerged as the NUJ reporter of the year in Ondo State (2025), Best NUJ Investigative Journalist (2025), and Best NUJ Political Reporter (2025, 2024, 2023, 2022, 2019).
