Njadvara Musa has been freelancing for The Guardian Newspapers since 1998, reporting on the ongoing counter-terrorism operations in the Northeast for over a decade. He has a BA in Economics and a BEd from The University of Western Ontario (UWO), London, Canada, in 1982 and 1983. He has worked with Nigerian Economist Magazine in Lagos and was employed there in January 1992 as its Business Editor for a year. In 1993, SUNRAY Publication Company, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, convinced him to become their Business Editor for the coloured print publications, before it folded in July 1997. A former MD of The Guardian engaged him to freelance for the Newspapers to date. He has multiple reports on Boko Haram and Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) terrorism in Borno and Yobe states, from July 2009 to date. He once attended the WHO International Conference on Health Reporting in Amsterdam, Netherlands, in October 2019, and a test drive of Peugeot Automobile of Nigeria (PSN) vehicles in Paris, France, in July 1997.
