10Alytics Business acquires Nebiant Analytics to expand data, AI education in Africa

10Alytics Business, the business-to-business innovation division of 10Alytics, has acquired Nebiant Analytics in a move both companies say will expand access to practical data and artificial intelligence (AI) education across Africa.
The agreement, announced on Monday, is aimed at consolidating both firms’ digital learning infrastructure, communities, and training programmes into a unified platform that provides recognised certification pathways and clearer career progression routes for learners.

According to a joint statement, the merger is intended to help more Africans gain access to relevant technology education while enabling businesses to adopt data-driven operations. The companies described the acquisition as “strategic”, aligning with their shared vision of building a stronger digital workforce on the continent.

Chukwuemeka Ikpa, Chief Executive Officer of 10Alytics, said the company would harmonise Nebiant Analytics’ courses with its existing curriculum to create a single, practical, and affordable learning framework. “The consolidated course offerings will prioritise practical and affordable programmes designed to equip learners, regardless of background or location, with job-ready skills and recognised certifications,” he stated.

Ikpa added that Nebiant Analytics would now benefit from 10Alytics Business’ internationally recognised certification routes, including those approved by the American Council Training Development.

Nebiant Analytics’ Chief Operating Officer, Muhammad Suleman, described the transaction as a partnership built on shared values of inclusion and innovation. “This development is about impact as together, we are empowering more Africans to access world-class data and AI education while helping organisations across the continent embrace data-driven transformation. This partnership strengthens our shared mission to make Africa a leader in the global digital economy,” he said.

The Founder of 10Alytics, Adeiza Suleman, said the deal would enable key Nebiant Analytics staff to join 10Alytics’ learning and engineering teams, ensuring operational continuity and faster product development. “Rather than remain competitors, we now have the opportunity to grow together. The acquisition brings complementary strengths, from Nebiant Analytics’ community and specialised courses to 10Alytics’ scale and corporate reach, positioning us to create more meaningful career outcomes for African tech talent,” Suleman said.

He added that the acquisition would support 10Alytics Business in expanding its footprint within Nigeria and into other African markets.

10Alytics Business is focused on equipping organisations and professionals with the skills needed to thrive in the era of artificial intelligence and digital transformation. Its training portfolio includes programmes such as Generative AI for Data Analysts, AI in Project Management, AI Automation Engineering, and AI for HR Professionals. The company has trained over 1,000 professionals globally and collaborates with enterprises, government agencies, and institutions to co-develop tailored learning pathways.
