Edin & People rewards customers, affiliates during service week

Edin & People Limited concluded its 2026 Customer and Affiliate Service Week with prizes, promotional discounts and incentives for eligible clients.

Real estate company Edin & People Limited has concluded its 2026 Customer and Affiliate Service Week, during which it offered promotional incentives and rewards to customers and affiliate partners as part of efforts to strengthen business relationships.

The five-day programme, held from October 5 to 9, 2026, was themed “The Extra Mile” and featured customer engagement activities, prize opportunities and special offers for eligible participants.

According to the company, the initiative was organised to recognise customers who have invested in its property offerings and affiliate partners who contribute to its business through referrals and other engagements.

The activities included opportunities to receive household appliances, shopping vouchers and other prizes, alongside a temporary discount on qualifying transactions.

The company also introduced a 10 per cent promotional offer during the celebration.

In addition, eligible clients were offered complimentary one-way tickets for domestic flights.

The programme formed part of the company’s approach to customer engagement beyond the initial property transaction.

One of the company’s clients, Mrs Mariam Bello, described the programme as an opportunity for customers to feel recognised beyond their business dealings with the firm.

“What stood out to me was the thought behind the celebration. It made me feel that Edin & People genuinely values its clients. It wasn’t just about buying property; it felt like being part of a community that the company appreciates,” she said.

Bello’s comments reflected the company’s stated objective of maintaining relationships with customers after transactions have been completed.

Customer engagement is particularly relevant in real estate, where property purchases often involve substantial financial commitments and may require continued communication over documentation, payment arrangements and property delivery.

Beyond promotional activities, buyers may assess a company’s service through its responsiveness, clarity of information and ability to meet contractual obligations.

The long-term quality of customer relationships therefore depends on the services provided throughout the property acquisition process.

Edin & People also used the programme to recognise affiliate partners involved in connecting prospective buyers with its property offerings.

Mr Chijioke Agu, an affiliate partner of Edin & People, said the celebration acknowledged the contributions of individuals working with the company outside its direct workforce.

“As an affiliate, you want to know that the company you represent values the work you put in. This celebration showed that Edin & People recognises its affiliates as partners, not just as people who bring business. That makes the relationship even stronger,” Agu said.

According to the company, its affiliate network plays a role in generating referrals and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing customers.

The Managing Director of Edin & People Limited, Ijahenda James Margimari, said the programme was organised to acknowledge the contribution of customers and affiliate partners to the company’s development.

Margimari, an architect, explained that the theme, “The Extra Mile”, reflected the company’s intention to strengthen relationships with individuals and businesses that have supported its operations.

“Our customers and affiliates are not separate from our story; they are a very important part of it. Every investment made with us, every referral, every recommendation and every decision to trust our brand has contributed to where we are today,” Margimari said.

He added: “‘The Extra Mile’ was therefore more than a theme. It was our way of saying that we see that commitment, we appreciate it and we intend to reciprocate it.”

The managing director’s remarks highlighted the importance the company places on referrals, repeat business and maintaining relationships with its customers.

Edin & People said the 2026 Customer and Affiliate Service Week provided an opportunity to engage directly with its customers and business partners.

Edin & People said it remained committed to maintaining relationships with customers and affiliates as part of its business operations.

For participants, the significance of such initiatives will ultimately depend on how the company’s stated commitment to customer service is reflected in its regular business practices, including communication, transparency and the delivery of agreed services.
