Fidelity Bank reward customers

Following the 18 customers who emerged winners recently at the ongoing Fidelity Bank Plc’s Get Alert promo, the financial institution has reiterated its commitment to promoting financial inclusion.

Following the 18 customers who emerged winners recently at the ongoing Fidelity Bank Plc’s Get Alert promo, the financial institution has reiterated its commitment to promoting financial inclusion.

Rewarding winners at the headquarters in Lagos on Wednesday, Managing Director, Fidelity bank, Nnamdi Okonkwo, explained that the bank is focused on enriching the lives of customers, saying “the promo was part of efforts in supporting and encouraging culture of savings in Nigeria and financial inclusion”.

Okonkwo who was represented by the Executive Director, Shared Services and Products, Chijioke Ugochukwu, said the promo, which was the sixth in series the bank has conducted in the last nine years is structured to make savings accounts holders millionaires.

He said the bank would continue to provide incentives that would make compliance easy and attract customers to benefit from the financial inclusion initiative.

Besides, the financial institution gave out N8 million to six customers among other consolation prizes for 12 customers.

Some of the winners who were awarded cash include; Oyeleke Ruka, Christabell Nwachukuwu, Abdulkareem Gafar and a National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) member, Ojo Augustine won a million naira cash prize, while Ismaila Bello and Nse Usen won two million naira cash respectively.

Head, Consumer Protection Council (CPC) Lagos, Joshua Nggada said the Council’s focus is to ensure the process is free and fair, and customers are not been cheated anywhere.
