As part of efforts aimed to help business executives in the United States enjoy a seamless travel experience to Nigeria, members of the OIS Services Limited have partnered with the American Business Council (ABC) in Lagos.
OIS Head Delivery Process, Archibald Coker, disclosed: “We are creating a fast-track process for applicants bringing businesses and investments to Nigeria. They can visit our offices in Atlanta, New York and Washington.
Their application will be seamless and they can visit Nigeria as many times as they want. There’s a fee structure. We are also looking at mobile enrolment, where, at your convenience, you can go online and complete the application process. We have a support team on the ground for a seamless experience.”
“It is a trusted compliant pathway for US executives with accelerated processing and concierge facilitation. We are strengthening bilateral commercial engagement. We are also providing speed and capacity for executive travel,” he said.
ABC Chief Executive Officer/Executive Secretary, Margaret Olele, stressed the need to commend the Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS) for its efforts so far.
“But we realise that we can do better. We are looking at improving the ease of doing business for business executives coming to Nigeria. It is like a one-stop shop that can help get business visas with ease,” she noted.
