Firm launches interactive mobile application

Fidelity Pension Managers has concluded arrangement to unveil an interactive mobile platform, FidApp, to allow for feedback from its numerous clients.

At the company’s interactive customer forum recently in Lagos, the Head of ICT, Vincent Osondu, said the initiative was a bit late in coming because the organisation wanted to study the best trends in the market and come up with something of good quality.

“With FidApp, young people will experience the ‘fun’ in planning their retirement.

“We want our mobile app to be the WhatsApp of pension. FidApp is easy to use, fast and reliable. Users can use it to check their balance, profiles etc,” he added.

The Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Amaka Andy-Azike, said the firm is committed to making pension products more accessible to Nigerians.
