Firm rebrands, restates commitment to business support solutions
ICS Outsourcing Limited has said it would continue to create support solutions for businesses across the country while promoting measurable values for its stakeholders.
Besides, the firm added that it would continue provide at providing a pipeline of qualified personnel for routine administrative, operational or support roles in organisations.
Speaking at the unveiling of its new name as ICS Outsourcing Limited and the new logo in Lagos, Managing Director of the company, Peter Akindeju, said the company has had the privilege to evolve into new businesses since inception 24 years ago.
Akindeju said the business support solutions company, which was formerly Integrated Corporate Services Limited (ICS Limited) embarked upon the change of the company’s name and logo because of its desire to prolong and extend its existence, picking a cue from the eagle’s habit of re-birthing and renewing itself.
“The eagle is reputed to be in the habit of re-birthing and renewing itself from time to time, this, it does in order to prolong and extend its existence; it re-grows its feathers and talons in order to be able to fly high and catch its floods.
“There is a lesson in that for every organisation and business entity, it is important to renew or rebrand ourselves from time to time in order to remain relevant and valuable to our customers,” he said.
“Secondly, the time is ripe for us to deliberately distinguish ourselves from the pack. As we move into the future, it is important for us to clear every possible doubt about who we are and what we represent.
He, however, stated that the company still holds firmly to its core values despite that the new brand depicts a new contemporary.
“The values have seen us through the last 24 years and we intend to continue to stay true to them. However, we are by this event positioning ourselves in the future. This is the new ICS. Our brand depicts a new contemporary us. It also shows that our core value has not changed; we hold firmly to our core values” he explained.
In his remarks, Head, Emerging Business, Patrick Ovuche, expressed optimism that the rebranding exercise will strengthen the company’s position in the outsourcing industry.
“It is noteworthy to mention that this is the first major rebranding exercise done by the company in the last 24 years of operations and we are very optimistic that this will go a long way in strengthening our position as a leader in the outsourcing industry.
“It is not just about unveiling a new logo or change of name but also reflects a renewed commitment to continue evolving and adding immense value to our clients and it is also important for business leaders and decision makers to understand the significance of outsourcing,” he stated.
