Foundation donates dialysis centre to mark anniversary

As part of efforts to commemorate its third anniversary, His Love Foundation (HLF), the charity arm of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) has donated full-equipped dialysis centre to the Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital, Sagamu, in Ogun State.
The centre, the foundation said, would be named Enoch and Folu Adeboye Dialysis Centre.
Intercontinental Overseer, Christian Social Responsibility (CSR), RCCG, Idowu Iluyomade, said the vision was to impact the healthcare system and extend its CSR across the country.

To further commemorate the third anniversary of the HLF, and the 69th yearly convention of RCCG, he said the church has commenced a crowdfunding campaign to raise and dispense funds to expand the church’s contribution to humanity.
The funding to be raised, he said, would be used to support HLF’s efforts in addressing a wide variety of in-the-moment and on-the-ground needs in six specific areas of health, education, feeding, social enterprise, rehabilitation and prisons across all levels.
According to him, in the last three years, the church has impacted the lives of over 130 million people, spending about N18.4 billion on series of CSR activities, covering the six points of concern of the foundation in its 43,000 operating centres spread over the 36 states of the federation.

“This crowdfunding campaign provides an incredible opportunity for individuals, philanthropists and corporations to ameliorate the sufferings of people across the world, amid the global coronavirus pandemic.

“With as little as N1000 a month or N12,000 lump sum as a year donation or more from a partner, the organisation will be able to do more for more people, impact more communities and transform more lives,” he said.
