Globacom boosts customers’ experience with Glo Café


Telecommunications services provider, Globacom, has announced the revamp of its self-care application, Glo Café.

The new App allows all subscribers on the network to enjoy the best of Glo services and manage their account on a single platform.

In a statement yesterday, Globacom said, “Glo Cafe was designed and developed after we invested extensive time researching customers’ needs and understanding their requirements for a time-efficient yet simple, one-stop platform offering customer support”


The Glo Café app is also a one-stop entertainment platform that houses a wide range of rich and cutting-edge video, music, sports, comedy, celebrity news and gist content. It is available for FREE on the Web, Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

“The launch of Glo Café is part of our efforts to deliver the best customer experience for all our esteemed subscribers. The self-care app is a simple, secure and convenient way for them to access a whole host of services on our network including buying, sharing and gifting of data, borrowing credit and data, recharging any Glo account and paying postpaid bills, accessing Value Added Services (VAS), among other things” Globacom further stated.
