The Value Added Services provider (VAS), Hord Incorporation in collaboration with the Lagos Chamber of Comerce and Industry, (LCCI), has initiated an application called “Ask an Expert” that would connect experts across all sectors of the economy to share information to the general public on a various need basis.

The Founder/Chief Executive Officer and the Project Director, Felix Rwang-Dung, who spoke on the benefit of the application, said is to connect million of people together for ideas, consultant and decision making process and directly share expertise with mobile audience to impact lives.
