Law Union opens new branch in Lagos

In line with its strategic expansion approach, which aims to extend its reach and make its operations accessible to more customers across Nigeria, Law Union & Rock Insurance Plc has unveiled a new branch. The branch is suited at 209, Muri Okunola Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.

In line with its strategic expansion approach, which aims to extend its reach and make its operations accessible to more customers across Nigeria, Law Union & Rock Insurance Plc has unveiled a new branch. The branch is suited at 209, Muri Okunola Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.

According to the firm, the opening of this new branch will bring the insurance service closer to its teeming customers and potential customers within Victoria Island, Lekki and their environs, adding that the development is part of its strategic plan.

Recently the company has embarked on various strategic initiatives aimed at turning around the company, which centered on service delivery, customers satisfaction and acquisition of new customers.

Albeit, a huge milestone has been achieved on effective distribution of our product and communication with our esteemed customers through digital media.
Notwithstanding, there are some business transactions where interface is necessary, so we have decided to open more branches to close this gap said the company.

The Chief Executive Officer of the Company, Jide Orimolade, said the development will enhance their brand visibility, improves sales and enhance effective distribution of company’s various products and services.

Orimolade said, the company values its esteemed customers and would not relent in its strategic initiatives that would improve the relationship.“Branch network expansion is one of the company’s strategies for market penetration, premium growth, and also company’s brand visibility,” said the company’s CEO.

He also urged the public to embrace insurance especially in this economic downturn and patronise Law Union because the organisation is known for its integrity and professionalism and commitment in offering their customers excellence service delivery.

While emphasising the need for potential customer to transfer their risk to Law Union, Orimolade said the company understand the market and is committed to its continuous innovation in product development tailored to the need of the market and making them available through latest technology channels. Besides the company is equally very committed to prompt payment of claims.

He said the company has paid over N760 million claims to her customers in the first half of the year and not relent in meeting its obligations as they fall due. Meanwhile, the Acting Head, Research, Strategy and Corporate Communication of the company, Dare Adenuga, said two new retail products; Home Guard and I-Care were recently released as part of the company’s strategic products to meet the need of middle and low-income earner.

He also stated that additional four (4) retail products would be introduced to the market before the end of October 2016.“As part of it awareness program, the company has also embarked on an enlightenment program through radio – tagged “Your Insurance Rights” on Radio traffic 96.1FM every Wednesday where we educate the public on insurance and as well interact with our customers,” Adenuga said.
