KBL Insurance Limited has renewed its ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) certification, reinforcing its drive for operational excellence and improved customer service.
The recertification, which remains valid until June 21, 2029, comes at a time when insurers are under increasing pressure to strengthen corporate governance, improve service delivery and enhance operational efficiency to meet rising customer expectations.
Speaking on the achievement, the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, KBL Insurance Limited, Lawal Mijinyawa, described the recertification as another milestone in the company’s pursuit of service excellence and sustainable growth.
According to him, the successful renewal validates the strength of the company’s internal systems and processes while reinforcing the confidence of customers, shareholders, regulators and business partners.
“Our successful ISO 9001:2015 recertification reflects our unwavering commitment to quality, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. It validates the robustness of the systems and processes we have institutionalised, while further strengthening the confidence our customers, business partners and other stakeholders repose in KBL Insurance,” he said.
Mijinyawa said the company would continue to invest in service innovation, digital transformation, operational efficiency and enterprise risk management to align with global standards and respond to the changing needs of customers.
