Women in Management, Business and Public Service (WIMBIZ) has inducted a real estate entrepreneur, developer and Co-Founder and Managing Director of Leadway Property Development & Interiors Ltd, Amaka Juliana Udeh as an Associate Member.
Udeh, who is also Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Qualassets Realty, was inducted alongside a new cohort of professional women from Nigeria’s corporate, entrepreneurial and public sectors at the 2026 WIMBIZ Induction Ceremony held at Brass Restaurant, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Her admission was formalised with the presentation of a Certificate of Membership signed by Ebisan Akisanya, Chairman of the WIMBIZ Board of Trustees, and Omowunmi Akingbohungbe, Executive Director of WIMBIZ.
Speaking after her induction, Udeh described the recognition as both a personal milestone and a responsibility, noting that WIMBIZ has spent more than two decades creating opportunities for women across sectors.
“Being inducted into WIMBIZ today is a deeply personal milestone, but it is also a responsibility. This network has spent over two decades opening doors for women across every sector of the Nigerian economy, and I am honoured to now stand among them.
“Real estate has historically been a male-dominated industry, and I have built my career determined to prove that structure, integrity and vision are not gendered qualities. I look forward to contributing actively to WIMBIZ’s mission, mentoring younger women coming into business and real estate, and continuing to build institutions, at Leadway and Qualassets, that reflect the same standards of excellence this induction represents,” she said.
Akingbohungbe said the induction recognised the professional excellence of the new associates and renewed their commitment to advancing women into leadership.
“Every Associate we induct into WIMBIZ has demonstrated, through their body of work, the kind of leadership our network exists to celebrate and cultivate. Induction is never simply ceremonial, it is a recognition of professional excellence and a renewal of our collective commitment to advancing women into leadership across management, business and public service.
“We are pleased to welcome this new cohort of Associates into the WIMBIZ family and are confident they will be active and valuable contributors to our mission,” she said.
Udeh’s induction adds to a career spanning more than a decade in brokerage, property development and institutional management. She co-founded Leadway Property Development & Interiors Ltd in 2022 and has overseen projects across Lagos, Asaba in Delta State and Aba in Abia State, including Festac City Mall, Diamond Gates Estate and Legacy View Estate.
She founded Qualassets Realty in 2018, through which she has connected investors, including diaspora and institutional clients, with property opportunities across Nigeria.
Udeh is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consulting (FICM), Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and Certified Real Estate Professional (CREP), a credential awarded by the University of Lagos Centre for Housing and Sustainable Development in collaboration with the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN).
She also founded the Leadway Real Estate Institute (LREI), which focuses on professional training for Nigerian real estate practitioners.
