SIX days to go from today! The presidential campaigns have been awful. That is, perhaps, how best to sum it all up. The governorship election (April 11) is no better. Governors, owing months of workers’ salaries, are promising pay rises if re-elected. They are using their campaigns to reduce school fees and announce free education. The electorate is to absorb it all.
