Lawmaker distributes 450 free UTME forms to students in Badagry

The lawmaker representing Badagry Constituency II in the Lagos House of Assembly, Mr Setonji David, on Wednesday distributed free Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) forms to 450 students in Badagry, Lagos State.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the lawmaker was represented at the occasion by the Director General of Setonji David Campaign Organisation (SEDACO), Mr Akin Ogunlana.

Presenting the 450 free UTME slips to deserving students, the lawmaker, urged them to take the next step in their academic journey serious.

David, who is the Deputy Chief Whip of the House, urged the beneficiaries to study harder, and get higher scores.

“I will do everything within my power to ensure that you secure your admissions into the tertiary institutions this year.”

He said the gesture was a testament to his commitment to education and his constituents.
