Institute donates food to 40 families in Ajah community


To support children and families, and address the challenges posed by COVID -19 pandemic, Foliotech Institute has donated foodstuffs to 40 families in Lagbansa Community in Ajah, Lagos.

The firm’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Olufolahan Olumide, stressed the need to assist others at this period.

“We all should care and reach out to others besides our immediate families, such as the less privileged, neighbours, and relatives to encourage ourselves.”

According to him, COVID-19 is a global pandemic that has ravaged lives, and affected socio-economic fabric of the whole world.

He advised the beneficiaries to wash their hands frequently, use sanitisers, observe social distancing and obey government directives on COVID-19 to stay safe.

Speaking on behalf of the beneficiaries, Coordinator, Kiddies Mirror Initiative, Felicia Owolo thanked the firm for the gesture.

A beneficiary, Mrs. Chioma Okoro told The Guardian that the firm has given scholarship opportunities to 130 children between ages three and 18 on computer technology, coding, virtual arts and drawing.
