At just 20 years old, Nigerian tech prodigy, John Oseni, has already made significant strides in the world of technology and innovation. Oseni’s commitment to impactful innovation was internationally recognised when he received the Global Child Prodigy Award in Dubai on August 20, 2022. The award was presented by Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, the United Arab Emirates’ Minister of Tolerance and Co-existence, acknowledging Oseni’s exceptional contributions to technology at a young age.

Further cementing his status as a leading young innovator, Oseni was honored with the Best Young Innovator Award by the Nigeria Metro Award on November 19, 2022. This accolade recognised his dedication to developing solutions that address pressing challenges within his community and the broader society.

Beyond his accolades, Oseni serves as an Advisory Board Member at the Lifeboat Foundation, a U.S.-based nonprofit focused on safeguarding humanity through technological advancements. In this role, he collaborates with global experts to address existential risks and promote sustainable innovation.
