Give an insight about your experience running a business?
The interface with different customers with their individual differences, rendering advice, recommendations, encouragement, and rewarding staff hard work is an experience running a business.

What has been your coping mechanism during inflation?
Investment in more affordable product lines to balance the quantity reduction in high-end devices.

How would you say your company relate with customers
To relate with customers we offer recommendations, and advisory but also maintain respect for customers’ decisions. Its not about the money received for the services but value for money now and later is one of our priorities.

Which criteria do you look out for before employing a staff?
Before we consider the educational qualifications of a person we look out for fluency in English speaking because the Nigerian educational system doesn’t make people workforce ready. For some departments which need professional expertise like human resources, finance, and customer service then basic educational qualification and experience in that field are very important.

What is the difference between what your company does and other IT firms?
We are a retail market and social media e-commerce company.

What is the biggest challenge encountered while running a business?
People usually stereotype the company as a regular computer village scam before patronage so there is a need to convince them that we are legitimate.

How do you intend to better satisfy customer needs?
We intend to improve our website, offer a simple solution for gadget purchase, a swap app for development, and also easy access by offering pick up centers even with our centralised warehousing system with a more specific short time frame and quality device.

What is the work culture like and Is there any modification in the work culture?
Our work culture has a friendly atmosphere and we address each other by name so every one can be comfortable.

How would you describe your impact on people?
We try our best to leave a positive memorable experience when money is spent using our medium which is the maximum value at whatever cost not ignoring our unbeatable price and matchless quality.

What do you intend to do differently?
We intend to be an indigenous brand that surpasses the shores of Nigeria by solidifying re-commerce then maybe building our own gadget. We want to have a brand that speaks for us as Nigerians reflecting us as producers.
