The students of Rightville Schools and Vineville Academy in Ajah and Alaka Estate in Surulere rounded off the year with a merry and colourful Christmas party.

The event, which held in the schools’ premises, both in Surulere and Ajah, witnessed a large presence of parents, friends and well-wishers, who were treated to a nice time of fun and excitement. There was plenty to eat and drink.

Demonstrating that they were the stars of the occasion, the students brought out their best in terms of activities and performances. They entertained the gaily-dressed guests with songs, dances, recitation and drama, among others.

Shining brightly in their Christmas costumes of pink, red, white and green, the children’s efforts were greeted with loud ovations and cheers. It was, indeed, an exciting day for all present.

One of the highlights of the occasion was a drama presentation depicting the birth of the Lord Jesus and the meaning of the Season.

There were also games for the children, while the adults amused themselves with the many exhibitions at the venues.

As a yearly event, management of Rightville Schools and Vineville Academy usually treat their children, together with their parents and others to a memorable Christmas party. The occasion is usually fun-filled and colourful.

The party is one of the avenues provided to enable staff; students and parents interact and bond together. The aim is to create a relaxed and convivial atmosphere, where all can have fun and unwind. And No effort is spared to ensure that every one goes home with a wonderful experience, while looking forward to the event the following year.
