YABATECH receives cleaning materials

Old Mutual Nigeria Life Assurance Company Limited has donated cleaning materials to Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH) as part of its contribution to the cleanliness of the college.

Old Mutual Nigeria Life Assurance Company Limited has donated cleaning materials to Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH) as part of its contribution to the cleanliness of the college.

The company also cleaned the surrounding of the administrative building. The exercise was supervised by work and services unit of the institution.

The Marketing Executive, Mrs. Alero Ladipo, stated that her company decided to partner with Yabatech, which is the oldest institution in Nigeria that has academically impacted the lives of students positively.

Ladipo noted that she is delighted to associate with the college for synergy, which has been identified as the environment where the company can make changes, and contribute its own quota to the institution development. She commended the level of cleanliness in the college environment.

The company donated five pieces of 240 litre waste bins, five pieces of safety rubber boots, five pieces of safety facemasks, 10 pieces of safety gloves and corporate gift items.

The librarian, Mrs. Taye Adebowale, who received the gifts on behalf of the rector, Obafemi Omokungbe, said the management of the college is eternally grateful to the firm for choosing the college out of numerous institutions in the country for the gesture.
