Coming from Ijebu Ijesha, Akinyemi Ayinoluwa, popularly referred to as Akinyemilaw, is the worthy son of Mr. Akinola Ayinoluwa, a lawyer and Mrs Modupe Ayinoluwa, a teacher. The solicitor is one of five siblings and has built a family of his own, married with two children.

Akinyemi Ayinoluwa’s educational background laid the foundation for his successful career in entertainment law. He attended Oluwole Christ the King Children’s School, Ejigbo, Lagos between 1990 and 1996, followed by Baptist Model High School, Ijegun, Lagos, from1996 to 1997, and Excel College, from 1997 to 2002. He then pursued higher education at the University of Lagos between 2003 and 2009 and the Nigerian Law School from 2009 to 2010.

After finishing his legal studies, Akinyemi Ayinoluwa gained immense experience working with reputable law firms, including Ogunde & Co SAN (2010-2011), Awokoya and Co (2011-2012), and later confounded Hightower Solicitors in 2012, where he has deployed his wide expertise to bear on the Nigerian music landscape.
