What better way to show yourself some love after a breakup than send yourself some flowers? This is exactly what “Sorry Not Sorry” hitmaker, Demi Lovato did!

The award-winning songstress who is practising this self-love made the move just a day after news broke that she and her fashion designer boyfriend of four months, Henry Levy, had gone their separate ways.

Choosing to share her way of moving forward from the pain of the heartbreak, the 26-year old shared a photo of the pink and white rodeliveredered to her doorstep and captioned it,

“Cause sometimes you gotta send yourself flowers…”

Accompanying the gorgeous bouquet was a sweet note meant to remind Lovato just how special she really is.

“You’re beautiful, you’re loved and you’re worthy of a happy and healthy life,” it read.

It would be recalled that Lovato had only just recently returned to her Los Angeles home after a stay at a treatment facility following a near fatal overdose on drugs.

Lovato and Levy were first romantically linked last November, more than three months after she was hospitalised.
