Mavin Records artiste, D’ija is out with her first effort for the year 2019, with the release of the video to her latest single, Mr Bob, which is dedicated to the memory of the legendary Reggae artiste, Bob Marley on the day of his posthumous birthday, February 6.

The video, which was directed by Xela and Lekan takes a journey through time with its vintage retro setting to more vivid outlook as the singer tackles happens within the society.

Dija in the new offering used the titles of some of late Reggae icon evergreen songs to tell a story. The music video was also set in a Bob Marley themed bar that had quotes from the late singer written on the wall.

One of the quotes that stood out was: “When music hits you, you feel no pain.” The song itself had reggae and dancehall vibe and the video vixens were also appropriately dressed in yellow, green and red outfits.

While fans of the music icon and lovers of reggae music took to social media to eulogise him on what would have been his 74th birthday, D’ija took her well-wishes a notch higher with a new song and music video.
