Recall that Guardian Life had previously reported his court case about his incident with a Nigerian police officer whom he allegedly slapped. While the case has been adjourned upon his release on bail, Seun Kuti used the opportunity, therefore, to go to his various concerts outside the country
The court, earlier scheduled for July 3, has now been stalled due to the absence of the Chief Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun of the Yaba Magistrates’ court
Magistrate Olatunbosun was said to have resumed her administrative leave and was thus absent in court today.
However the registrar Babalola, in the absence of the chief Magistrate, took responsibility by adjourning the case till September 27, 2023, to continue the proceeding.
