There were reports in the media yesterday that a court case had been filed against Nigerian singer Kiss Daniel by his former label, G-Worldwide Entertainment. Now, the singer has taken steps to let his fans know the true state of things by issuing an official statement.
The statement released by Kiss Daniel, signed by his lawyer T. Oluawaseye Lawal of L&A Legal Consultants, states that the court refused to grant an injunction against Kiss Daniel, restraining him from recording, performing or using the stage name “Kiss Daniel”.
